PUFFIES: Packaging Redesign
Kartika Sari group, a venerable family bakery brand from Bandung, wishes to relaunch its existing product Puffies; A dried choux snack with cream filling suitable to enjoy with anyone, anywhere, and anytime. The product will be targeted towards a wider audience on a global scale; prompting the product to revamp its visual identity to fit the brand’s needs.
The challenge was to unify both pre-existing products; Soes Snack and Puffies; under one single brand, crafted for the international market without losing its fun and “puffy” spirit.
As we explore various looks and different executions along the way, we arrived on a simple and effective solution: A delicate blue logotype accentuated by a white and puffy brim, adorned with subtle crunches that made the logo pop.
