Heavenly Blush Yoguruto – From Sachi!
The project, in form of comics, is initiated to promote the new packaging of one of Heavenly Blush’s product, Yoguruto. The overall look aims to depict Japanese art & culture that feels fresh and would attract people with various hobbies
Above are some of the finished background and background line art process in the opening clip. Mostly the clip shows the buildings in Japan. (Japan scenery reference was using Google Street image).
Character Assets
Three main characters in this project are Sachi, Haru, and Daisuke. Sachi is a positive young girl, eager to learn more about Japan; Haru, her host sister who is a little more reserved and organized; Daisuke, a sports lover who spends most of his time with his team, and eventually, with Sachi & Haru!
Most of the time, exploration and development is done through a systemized manner. At first, our clients are given to choose the poses that aligns with the brand image and direction. After that, the team starts sketching process for the final art.
The implementation of character visual asset in several medias, including promotional and website materials. The material is designed by Heavenly Blush internal team.
Pitched Idea for 2020
We aim for a modular production strategy, which means that we will be exploring assets that can be used in many different media and context. We aim for one big production project, that can be re-produced into several other mediums: opening antimation, packaging, and visual assets (and POSM).
